During a ceremony at Overseas House, St James, London on Saturday 18th October, CEDA Chair VAL ROYSTON was presented with an EDNA- Eating Disorders National Award by EDA in recognition of her individual contribution and commitment to the world of eating disorders.
Val was presented the award in the Carers’ category for her inspirational support to both other carers and their families, and her extraordinary impact upon the provision of Eating Disorders support in Cornwall.

FUND RAISING

CEDA had a small amount of funding from Cornwall & IOS Health Authority in 2001. It has had no further public funding since then. We are extremely grateful to the local organisations that have held fund-raising events for us. At the beginning of 2003 we heard that we are to receive a small legacy from the estate of a local businessman who was aware of our work. Please click on the pictures to download information sheets on how to help us.
We have no regular source of income. We are putting together bids to charitable organisations to support our work to ensure we continue to be financially viable.
